COURTNEY
Courtney Raddatz, LMP has been a licensed massage practitioner since 2003. She then went right into specializing in treatment/medical massage. All of her time and knowledge has been dedicated in helping people with their pain and trying to educate her patients as to how they can help themselves with their healing process. Courtney is the owner/operator of Pearl Professional Massage and has been the billing/office manager for previous businesses since 2006. She also specializes in Chronic/Acute Injury, Motor Vehicle Accidents, Workers Compensation, and is endorsed and recognized by the state of Washington as a TMJ Specialist, which aids in jaw pain as well as Headaches, Migraines, and Whiplash. Courtney also prides herself on her knowledge of sports injuries as well, she has a wide variety of athletes that she helps with body recuperation from their training programs.
“Courtney has been my massage therapist “extraordinaire” since I had been diagnosed with a frozen shoulder in early 2013. I had been in such terrible pain and could barely lift my arm so I asked for a referral from a family member. My very first session was memorable, painful, had lots of tears, and was such a relief. I wasn’t cured yet but I had taken the first step.
During our first 6 months of working together, Courtney proved to be incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She/her hands were very intuitive to my damaged muscles and she was excellent in communicating her steps for helping me heal. I began with seeing her 2 – 3 times per week just to get my initial mobility returned. As my muscles loosened up, others reared their ugly heads and she managed to identify and educate me on what was happening.
I gradually moved my sessions to 1 – 2 times a week for the second 6 months. And as of the writing of this, May 2015, am currently seeing Courtney 1 – 2 times per month and consider myself “HEALED”.
I am heartily recommending Courtney as a massage therapist who is not only knowledgeable about her craft, but dedicated and very goal-oriented. I did not want surgery, but with discussion, sharing of knowledge, and efficiency we were able to slowly work my shoulder back to full mobility.
I continue to see Courtney, not because there is a shoulder problem any longer, but more out of a need to stay healthy with continued maintenance. I heartily recommend Courtney and would trust her to be my therapist with any injury.”
